High-Speed Slitting Facility in the USA
At Cosmo Films, we have a high-speed slitter rewinder installed at our warehouse near Chicago. The 120-inch slitter operates at speeds up to 3000 ft/min, helping us process film orders efficiently and support timely deliveries. This facility allows us to provide flexible service, reduce lead times, and help customers manage inventory with just-in-time supply.
The machine can handle multiple substrates, including BOPP, CPP, BOPET, and PETG films. It supports applications such as sachets, pouches, wraps, and other flexible packaging formats.
