Founded in 1981 by Mr. Ashok Jaipuria, Cosmo First today has 5 businesses, including 2 in consumer (Zigly Petcare and Cosmo Consumer into Window Films, Paint Protection Films & Ceramic Coatings for automobiles) and 3 in industrial, including Cosmo Films (into specialty BOPP, CPP and Polyester films), Cosmo Plastech (thin-wall containers & sheets) and Cosmo Specialty Chemicals (Coatings, Adhesives and Masterbatches).
Cosmo Films, a leader in specialty BOPP films in India, continues to be the largest business vertical for Cosmo First. Our strong presence in the USA and South Korea (in partnership with Filmax) allows us to serve industries like food and beverage, consumer goods, and premium packaging. Our products are crafted to provide exceptional durability, clarity, and performance while meeting the strict requirements of the USA market.

Through this partnership, we bring together our advanced technology capabilities, strong global supply chain, and expertise across specialty and consumer films, chemicals, and rigid packaging with Filmax’s established local brand equity and deep market presence in South Korea.
